Twt Tiny Homes.
What began as a small dream has grown into one of the UK’s leading tiny home builders. At TWT Tiny Homes, we’re passionate about designing and building bespoke tiny houses and eco-friendly cabins that are beautifully crafted and sustainable, with a deep respect for nature and heritage.
The meaning of Twt.
TWT comes from the Welsh word “twt” — meaning neat, tidy, and just right. It’s often used to describe something small, well made, and cosy — just like our handcrafted tiny homes in Wales.
Rooted in our Welsh heritage, the name captures everything we believe in: thoughtful design, practical living, and a space that feels warm, welcoming, and completely your own. At TWT Tiny Homes, we design and build bespoke tiny houses and eco-friendly cabins across the UK — homes crafted with care, character, and a love for sustainable living. Though small in footprint, each home is big in heart.
Each of our tiny homes is built by hand in Snowdonia, North Wales, using locally sourced, eco-friendly materials — from finely milled Welsh timber to natural sheep’s wool insulation. We proudly support British craftsmanship, with the majority of our materials made right here in the UK.
Alongside our limited stock models, we also offer a bespoke tiny house package, guiding you through every step of creating your own eco cabin or custom tiny home in the UK.

Testimonials.
“Henri and Lucy have designed and built an amazing Tiny Home for us here on the far North West Coast of Scotland. From the first contact to completing the ambitious project, they have provided exceptional customer care and responsiveness. It’s been a pleasure having them stay with us to put the finishing touches to our new tiny home. Thank you so much, you are the best.”
— Professor Donna Hall CBE
At TWT Tiny Homes, we take pride in building eco-friendly tiny homes in Wales using sustainable materials. Our cabins are insulated with natural sheep’s wool (with alternatives available) and framed with locally milled wood. All timber we use is low-toxicity, and the paints and finishes are carefully chosen to be safe and natural — even the wall filler is eco-friendly.
Our priority is creating healthy, sustainable homes that are free from harmful fumes, cheap glues, or unsafe fibres — spaces designed to support your wellbeing.
This ethos runs through every build we undertake, ensuring you have a beautiful, healthy bespoke tiny home that fits your needs and lifestyle. Each home is a labour of love, crafted in Snowdonia by our small, dedicated team. From hand-cut materials to custom-designed features, every detail is built with care, skill, and pride.
