Tiny homes offer a simpler, more intentional way of living — with less space, lower costs, and greater freedom. Many people choose them to reduce living expenses, downsize their belongings, or live more sustainably. Whether used as a full-time residence, a holiday let, or a flexible garden retreat, tiny homes are designed to make the most of every inch, offering comfort, practicality, and style — without the burden of a large mortgage or utility bills. They’re ideal for anyone looking to embrace minimalist living, create a unique guest space, or step off the traditional property ladder.

It’s peaceful, practical, and empowering. Many people find that tiny home living gives them freedom — less clutter, lower bills, and more focus on what really matters. The space is smartly designed to feel open and comfortable, and you’ll be surprised how quickly it starts to feel like home.

Yes, we can fully equip your tiny home for off-grid living. This includes solar power, composting toilets, gas or wood-based heating, and waste systems. If you're looking for energy independence or placing your home on remote land, we’ll work with you to tailor the systems to your needs. Many of our customers choose this option to live more sustainably or to place their home in remote locations.
-
Our furnished homes come with a complete internal fit-out, including insulation, double glazing, kitchen, bathroom, lighting, heating, and storage. Depending on your chosen model and customisation, you can also include solar panels, off-grid systems or trailer beds.
Our builds include pre-installed systems (e.g. wiring, plumbing, gas lines) where specified, but do not include final commissioning or certification of electrical, gas, or heating systems. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for connection and certification on-site by qualified professionals (e.g. NICEIC, Gas Safe, HETAS).

Absolutely! We offer viewings by appointment. This gives you a chance to see the craftsmanship and layout of our homes in person. Just get in touch to arrange a suitable time.
-
Before we begin any construction, we always conduct a site visit. During the visit, we take the time to sit down with you and understand your preferences and requirements, assess access, ground conditions, and suitability for your tiny home.
This enables us to create a tiny home that is tailored to your needs. This helps ensure smooth delivery and setup, and we’ll provide clear guidance on any preparations needed.
-
If you're not going off-grid, you’ll need basic services such as access to water, electricity, and waste disposal. A flat, accessible area for delivery and placement is also important. We’re happy to advise you on the specific site requirements based on the home you choose.
-
If you’re planning to use your tiny home as a permanent residence or for holiday letting, you will most likely need full planning permission — even if it’s built on a trailer. A tiny home on wheels may be classed as a caravan or mobile structure, which could offer more flexibility. However, once it's placed in one spot for long-term use — especially if connected to services or used as a residence — it often still requires permission under planning law. If the tiny home is used within the curtilage of your garden for personal, non-commercial use, and not as a separate dwelling, you may not need planning permission. Planning rules can vary between local councils, and the legal definition of “temporary” or “mobile” use is often interpreted differently. We always recommend checking with your local planning authority.

Insurance is available through specialist providers who cover tiny homes, or non-standard buildings. The type of cover depends on whether your home is on wheels or fixed in place. As insurance is a regulated activity under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we cannot provide personal recommendations. However, some providers specialise in covering tiny homes, glamping accommodation, or non-standard dwellings.
One example is: TTT Insurance – Campsite & Glamping Insurance
Please check that the policy meets your individual needs and speak directly with the insurer for tailored advice.

3-Year Warranty covering defects in our workmanship, including the physical installation of electrical, plumbing, and other fixtures, provided these systems are commissioned and certified by a qualified professional after delivery.
10-Year Structural Warranty covering defects in the load-bearing frame and core structural components of the home.
Bespoke Products are warranted to meet the agreed specifications and, where applicable, carry the same warranty periods as Standard Products.
Important: We do not warrant systems (e.g. electrics, plumbing, gas, heating) that have not been professionally commissioned or certified by a qualified person after delivery.
Warranty claims relating to third-party components (e.g., appliances, stoves, fittings) must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.
